Simple, warm and naturally beautiful. This hat was born from the need to have something small and genuine at hand — a piece that keeps you warm, breathes and lasts. Each hat is made from a soft yet durable knit made of 100% Czech sheep’s wool, which holds its shape while adapting to the head. Thanks to the natural properties of wool, it is breathable, wicks away moisture and keeps you warm even in damp conditions.
 
 
The material is strong and does not stretch out over time. At the same time, it is flexible and very pleasant to the touch.
 
 
The hat is naturally wind- and rain-resistant — just like my original wool cloth.
 
 
Designed in a minimalist cut for both women and men, without lining. For everyday wear from autumn through spring — in the city, in the mountains or while working outdoors.
 
 
Naturally dyed with permanent pigments, fixed with bio-mordants (i.e. fixed using plants).

You are buying a pure natural product. The hat is not chemically treated. For this reason, small traces of plant matter may occasionally be present and can easily be removed with tweezers. The coloured version is dyed entirely using natural methods, so the colour may not be completely uniform across the entire surface.
Many of the steps from raw wool to the finished piece pass through my hands — with an emphasis on the purity of the material, local production and the lowest possible ecological footprint. Each naturally dyed piece carries the imprint of my handwork and my respect for nature and the material. The result is a hat that carries the story of the landscape from which it comes.
Linda Havrlíková’s approach is defined by a deep respect for the landscape — the wool textile you are looking at is made using an original process without the chemical treatments commonly used in wool fabrics. This makes the production process considerably more demanding, but possible thanks to the willingness and expertise of Czech textile companies.

Care:
Products made from Czech sheep’s wool cloth should be aired regularly and refreshed with steam.
Minor stains can be brushed away with a clothes brush, or the affected area can be gently dampened and hand-washed locally using gall soap or an ecological wool detergent. The water temperature must not exceed 25–30°C. After washing, do not wring. Instead, gently press the fabric between your palms to release the water. Lay the product flat on a towel, away from direct sunlight, and allow it to dry thoroughly.
If the product needs to be smoothed, place a damp cloth (soaked and wrung out) over the fabric and press gently with an iron. Do not iron directly; simply press and lift.
In case of heavy soiling, take the product to a professional dry cleaner experienced in the gentle chemical cleaning of Czech wool cloth.
